Office Hours

We see patients by physician referral only. Our office is open Monday - Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. After hours, our physician on call can be reached through the Frye Regional Medical Center switchboard at 828-315-5000. For medical emergencies, always call 911.

Cancellations

Office Visits: All appointments for office visits must be canceled by 4:00 pm the day before your appointment to avoid a $50 cancellation fee.

Procedures: All appointments for procedures must be canceled or rescheduled five working days in advance to avoid a $200 cancellation fee.

Insurance

We accept most insurance plans and will submit your insurance claims. Please bring your insurance cards and any applicable co-pay to your office visit.

Charity Care Policy: This policy clarifies the definition and billing responsibilities of Private-Pay/Self-Pay and Charity Care patients.

Surprise Billing Policy and Protections: This policy describes patients’ rights and protections against surprise medical bills from out-of-network providers for insured patients, and to prevent surprise billing for uninsured/self-pay patients by providing a good faith estimate.

If you are healthy and have no symptoms, call 828-624-1358 to schedule a screening colonoscopy. A registered nurse will take your medical history over the phone and schedule your appointment. If you are having symptoms, you need a referral from your Primary Care Physician.
